Associated Species
This is the third species of clearwing moth (Sesiidae) that I have seen in the yard. I was surprised to see it nectaring on a parsnipflower buckwheat (Eriogonum heracleoides) in the front garden on 21 June 2024. What an absolutely beautiful creature!
